  • Air, Water & Desert Safari Tours: Includes Helicopter Tours, Jet Car, Jet Ski, Flyboard, and Desert Safari.
  • Dune Buggies & ATV Quad Bikes: Includes Polaris, Can-Am, and Dirt Bike experiences. If you cannot make your scheduled time, you may request to reschedule your booking to a new date at any time.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to ensure a clear record.

  • Note: Your booking is only considered officially cancelled once you have received written confirmation from our team.

3. Force Majeure & Operational Safety

Adventure in Dubai is subject to changing environmental and operational conditions. ARABIAN BUGGY TOUR reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel tours due to:

  • Extreme weather (sandstorms, rain, heat).
  • Safety, mechanical, or maintenance requirements.
  • Government mandates, airspace restrictions, or security concerns.

In the event of such cancellations, we will provide:

  • A complimentary reschedule to a future date; or
  • A credit voucher for the full value of your booking; or
  • A refund of the booking amount, subject to management approval.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibility

To ensure a safe environment for all, we reserve the right to deny participation—without refund—if:

  • A guest is found to be under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
  • A guest fails to follow the safety briefings or directions provided by our instructors.
  • A guest does not meet the necessary physical or safety requirements for the selected activity.

5. Group & Third-Party Bookings

  • Group Reservations: For large groups, special terms may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
  • Third-Party Platforms: For bookings made through travel agents or online platforms (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor), the cancellation policy of that specific platform will take precedence. ARABIAN BUGGY TOUR cannot override external platform refund protocols.

6. Processing Information

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, plus additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Individual Review: While we adhere to these guidelines to ensure consistency, we are happy to review unique situations on a case-by-case basis.
