Refund Policy

At ARABIAN BUGGY TOUR, our refund policy is valid up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. If your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours prior to the event, we regret that a refund cannot be issued. However, our team will gladly assist you in rescheduling your activity once, at no additional cost. Please note, if you miss the rescheduled session, any further changes will require a new booking.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tour. You can submit your cancellation request using one of the following methods:

Please ensure you provide proof of purchase or your booking/order number when requesting a refund.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.
3. Get in touch with your bank — processing times can vary.
