A. Conditions of Contract

1. Arabian Buggy Tour, its affiliates, associated companies, agents, suppliers, helicopter operators, and service providers may provide or arrange helicopter tours, transportation, and other services under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Arabian Buggy Tour acts as a booking and service arrangement provider where applicable. The helicopter flight itself may be operated by an independent licensed aviation operator. Each service is subject to the applicable laws, aviation regulations, and the operator’s safety requirements.
3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arabian Buggy Tour is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, additional expenses, injuries, or other incidents arising from services provided by independent operators or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
4. All booking confirmations, vouchers, tickets, and other documents are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions imposed by the relevant helicopter operator or service provider.
5. Arabian Buggy Tour and its suppliers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, flight schedules, or services for operational, safety, weather, or other necessary reasons.

B. Booking Requirements

1. All helicopter tours must be booked at least 48–72 hours before the requested flight date and time. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the helicopter operator.
2. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued.
3. Customers must provide accurate passenger details and all other information requested during the booking process.
4. Any special requests or booking amendments must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability and approval.

C. Pickup and Drop-off

1. Pickup and drop-off services are not included in the helicopter tour package.
2. Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the helicopter departure location.
3. Customers must ensure they arrive at the correct departure location within the required check-in time.

D. Late Arrivals and Check-in

1. All passengers must arrive at the designated helicopter terminal at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and required procedures.
2. Passengers who arrive late may not be accepted for their scheduled flight.
3. Arabian Buggy Tour and the helicopter operator are not responsible for missed flights resulting from late arrival, and cancellation or no-show charges may apply.
4. Passengers must follow all check-in instructions and safety procedures provided by the helicopter operator.

E. Price and Full Payment

1. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice before a booking is confirmed.
2. Full payment is required in advance for all helicopter tours. No deposit-only bookings are accepted.
3. A booking will not be confirmed until the full amount has been received.
4. If an incorrect price is displayed or quoted, Arabian Buggy Tour will contact the customer for approval before processing the booking at the corrected price.
5. Seasonal surcharges or special rates may apply during public holidays, Islamic holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other peak periods.
6. Tips, gratuities, personal insurance, food, beverages, shopping, and other personal purchases are not included unless specifically stated in the selected package.

F. Booking Confirmation and Voucher

1. After full payment and confirmation by the helicopter operator, Arabian Buggy Tour will provide the customer with a booking confirmation or voucher by email or another agreed communication method.
2. Customers must carefully check all details on the confirmation, including passenger names, flight date, flight time, selected option, and departure location.
3. Customers must bring the required booking confirmation and identification documents to the departure location.
4. Any request to modify or amend a booking must be submitted to Arabian Buggy Tour in advance. All changes are subject to availability and operator approval.
5. Customers must contact Arabian Buggy Tour promptly if they do not receive their booking confirmation.

G. Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling

1. Customer cancellations

Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly stated for the selected product, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled flight: No cancellation fee.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled flight: A 100% cancellation fee applies; no refund will be issued.
• On the day of the flight or in the event of a no-show: A 100% cancellation fee applies; no refund will be issued.

2. Weather and operational cancellations

1. All flights are subject to weather, visibility, air traffic, operational requirements, and aviation safety conditions.
2. The helicopter operator may delay, reschedule, or cancel a flight if conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.
3. If the operator cancels a flight, Arabian Buggy Tour will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative flight date or time.
4. If rescheduling is not possible, the customer will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the applicable operator policy and applicable law.

3. Cancellation procedure

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Arabian Buggy Tour through the official contact channels.
2. A cancellation is not considered confirmed until the customer receives written confirmation from Arabian Buggy Tour.
3. Customers should keep their cancellation confirmation for reference.

4. Refund procedure

1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, or another mutually agreed method.
2. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and helicopter operator.
3. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.

H. Passenger Weight Requirements

1. Shared helicopter flights: The maximum permitted passenger weight is 110 kg per seat.
2. Passengers weighing more than 110 kg must arrange and pay for an additional seat, subject to the helicopter operator’s approval and availability.
3. Private helicopter flights: The maximum total passenger weight limit is subject to the aircraft’s approved weight and balance restrictions. The applicable limit must be confirmed with the operator before booking.
4. Passengers must provide accurate weight information when requested. Incorrect information may result in boarding refusal or additional charges imposed by the operator.
5. The helicopter operator has the final authority on passenger seating and weight distribution for safety reasons.

I. Passenger Restrictions and Requirements

1. Children

• Children aged 2 years and above are permitted to fly and must have their own purchased seat.
• Children under 2 years of age are not permitted on board.
• Children aged 2 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian.

2. Pregnancy

• Pregnant passengers may fly only up to the first 32 weeks of pregnancy, subject to the helicopter operator’s requirements.
• We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before booking.
• The operator may refuse boarding if it considers the passenger medically unfit to fly.

3. Medical conditions

• Passengers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions must consult their doctor before booking.
• Passengers must disclose any relevant medical or mobility requirements when making a booking.
• The helicopter operator reserves the right to refuse boarding if a passenger’s condition may affect flight safety.

4. Passengers with disabilities

• Passengers with disabilities may be accepted subject to the aircraft’s accessibility and safety requirements.
• A companion may be required to assist with boarding and disembarking.
• Customers should contact Arabian Buggy Tour before booking to confirm the arrangements with the operator.

J. Passenger Responsibilities and Personal Belongings

1. Passengers must follow all instructions given by the pilot, ground crew, and helicopter operator.
2. Passengers must behave responsibly and avoid any actions that could affect the safety of the flight or other passengers.
3. Personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk, subject to applicable law and operator policies.
4. Passengers must arrive with the required identification documents and booking confirmation.
5. Passengers must not bring prohibited items on board.

K. Liability and Website Disclaimer

1. Website information, photographs, descriptions, prices, and availability are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
2. Arabian Buggy Tour makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed is accurate. However, flight routes, aircraft, schedules, seating arrangements, and operational details may change according to the helicopter operator’s requirements.
3. Helicopter flights are operated subject to the relevant aviation regulations and the operator’s safety procedures.
4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arabian Buggy Tour is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any consumer rights or legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

L. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on helicopter flights:

• Hazardous materials
• Explosives and fireworks
• Weapons and ammunition
• Flammable liquids and substances
• Any other items prohibited by UAE law or the helicopter operator

The helicopter operator may refuse to carry any item it considers unsafe.

M. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Arabian Buggy Tour reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The applicable version will be made available to customers before booking. Changes will not override any rights that customers have under applicable law.

N. Identification and Travel Documents

1. Every passenger must bring a physical passport or valid identification document, as required by UAE law and the helicopter operator.
2. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their identification and travel documents are valid and available at check-in.
3. Passengers who fail to provide the required documents may be refused boarding. Refunds will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy and operator conditions.

O. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the relevant UAE jurisdiction.

P. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing a booking and making full payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional conditions applicable to the selected helicopter tour.
